Your ASUS computer has all the drivers it needs for normal operation for all the devices that came with it through its driver CD. Method 1: Has anybody ever touched the hardware of your computer?

1. If yes, you'd better reinstall your hardware since there might be a bad contact among the CPU, graphic card and the computer. Then restart your computer and see if it works.
2. If no, you can restart your computer.

Method 2: If it still refuses to work, reboot your computer in safe mode.

1. Restart your computer.
2. When the computer starts you will see your computer's hardware being listed. When you see this information, start to gently tap the F8 key on your keyboard repeatedly until you are presented with the Advanced Boot Options screen.
3. Using the arrow keys, select the Safe Mode option you want.
4. Then press the enter key on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.
5. When Windows starts you will be at a typical logon screen. Log on to your computer and Windows 7 will enter Safe mode.

6. If your Asus Eee computer still refuse to work. You need to update a driver for it.


Method 3: How to Update Drivers for Asus Eee Computers on Asus's website by Yourself?

Step 1

Click Start, type "cmd" (without the quotations) in the Search Bar and Press "Enter".

Step 2

Type "dxdiag" and press enter. What you got in the popup windows is your system information.

Step 3

Visit this link for a driver. http://support.asus.com/download/

Step 4

Tpye your computer's model in the box and click "Search".

Step 5

Find your computer in the list.

Step 6

Select your OS configuration.

Step 7

Expand the driver list and download the drivers you seek. Select the "Global" link so you don't download using a manager and write the letters displayed on the page in the box. Browse to the location of the file after the download completes and double-click it to open it. Double-click "setup.exe" inside the archive folder you just opened. This runs the installation wizard. Just follow along and you'll finish installing the drivers promptly.
