Now Device Manager should appear on the right side of the Computer Management window. How to find the model number and OS of your Asus device.

As for the operating system of your Asus device, you can try this:
1. Click Start, type "cmd" (without the quotations) in the Search Bar and Press "Enter".
2. Type "dxdiag" and Press "Enter".
What you got in the pop-up windows is your system information.

Step 4

How to download and install the right driver on Asus' official website.
1. Log on to http://www.service.asus.com/#!downloads/c1wax


2. Enter your product's serial or model number in the Search Box in the middle of the screen, and then click the Search button.
3. Select the Operating system of your Asus device from the drop-down list, and then press the Next button.
4. All the software and drivers right for your device will be displayed in order. Find the driver that you need and click the Download button.


5. Save the driver file (.exe) in a suitable place, such as Desktop.
6. Double-click the driver file that you downloaded just now and follow the instructions. You may need to reboot your device after the installation.
