You have to know the model number of your Samsung device to find the right driver on Samsung official website. You can refer to this page to find out.

As for the operating system of your Samsung device, you can try this:
1. Click Start, type "cmd" (without the quotations) in the Search Bar and Press "Enter".
2. Type "dxdiag" and Press "Enter".
What you got in the pop-up windows is your system information.

How to download and install the right driver on Samsung' official website.
1. Log on to http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads.
2. Enter your product's model number in the Search Box, and then click the Search button.


3. Select the Operating system of your Samsung device from the drop-down list, and then press the Next button.
4. All the software and drivers right for your device will be displayed in order. Find the driver that you need and click the Download button.


5. Save the driver file (.exe) in a suitable place.
6. Double-click the driver file that you downloaded just now and follow the instructions.
